In 1986, our founder, John C. Miller, Jr., received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and then his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1989. Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of toxic mold litigation, Mr. Miller has worked with both plaintiffs' and defendants' toxic mold cases throughout his entire career.

Admitted to practice in California since 1989, Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of California and its Section on Business Law and Litigation, the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Consumer Lawyers of California. Mr. Miller has also served as Judge Pro Tem for the El Dorado County Court, Sacramento County Superior Court, and Sacramento County Small Claims Court.
