In 1986, our founder, John C. Miller, Jr., received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and then his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1989. Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of personal injury and toxic mold litigation, Mr. Miller began his career as an insurance defense lawyer. However, for the past ten years he has dedicated himself to prosecuting cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs. His previous work for the insurance companies and their clients has provided him with invaluable insight regarding the prosecution of plaintiffs cases against them.
Admitted to practice in California since 1989, Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of California and its Section on Business Law and Litigation, the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Consumer Lawyers of California. Mr. Miller also serves as Judge Pro Tem for the El Dorado County Court, Sacramento County Superior Court, and is temporary judge for Sacramento County Small Claims Court.
